Consular Attestation

Attestation

Official documents issued by the concerned authorities of the Government of Nepal should be attested first by the Department of Consular Services, Kathmandu, Nepal and then only from the Embassy of Nepal. While official documents issued by the concerned authorities of the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain should be attested first by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain and then only from the Embassy of Nepal.

The following documents are required for: -

1. Attestation of Marriage Certificate

• Application form (Download PDF/Doc),
• Original copy of Marriage certificate attested by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal
• A copy of passport (Both; Husband and wife, Pages 2,3,31),
• A copy of Citizenship (Both; Husband and wife, both sides),
• A copy of Visa and CPR (Both; Husband and wife)
• Applicant original Passport

2. Attestation of Birth Certificate

• Application form (Download PDF/Doc),
• Original copy of Birth certificate which is attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bahrain
• Original copy of Marriage certificate
• A copy of passport (Both; Husband and wife, Pages 2,3,31),
• A copy of Citizenship (Both; Husband and wife, both sides),
• A copy of Visa and CPR (Both; Husband and wife)
• Applicant original Passport

4. Attestation of Relationship Verification Certificate

• Application form (Download PDF/Doc)
• Original copy of Relationship verification certificate which is attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal.
• An Original passport and copy of passport of the applicant (Pages 2,3,31)
• A copy of Citizenship (name mentioning in Certificate, both sides)
• A copy of Visa and CPR

5. Attestation of Academic Certificate

• Application form (Download PDF/Doc)
• Original copy of Academic certificate which is attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Nepal
• An original and copy of passport of the applicant (Pages 2,3,31)
• A copy of Visa and CPR
• A copy of Citizenship (both sides),

6. Attestation of Bahraini Driving Licence Verification Certificate.

• Application form (Download PDF/Doc)
• Original copy of Bahraini Driving Licence verification certificate which is attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• A original and copy of passport of the applicant (Pages 2,3,31)
• A copy of Citizenship (both sides),
• A copy of Visa and CPR
• A original and copy Driving Licence(both sides).
